Diamond Rock is an extraordinary white agricultural rum distilled from single-pressed cane juice , thus obtaining a pure nectar from the first extraction. Distilled in a copper still equipped with 7-plate columns (“La Belle Aline”) , it is slowly reduced to 50.5% ABV , guaranteeing a perfect balance between power and smoothness.

The nose delivers an elegant aromatic palette: floral notes , citrus and mineral notes . On the palate, the attack is frank and expressive: fresh cane, almond sugar, lemon, flowers , before a persistent and complex finish, between notes of plum, chestnut and a delicate sweetness.
