La Perle 2020 Batch 2 , the first expression from the B64-277 cane, is a pure juice white agricultural rum , distilled in the “La Belle Aline” still after a long 5-day fermentation. Bottled at 54.5% ABV (unreduced), this second edition asserts its raw character.

Its clear color reflects a controlled distillation. The nose opens with a whiff of fresh cane, white flowers, delicate citrus fruits , accompanied by a beautiful iodized minerality . On the palate, the freshness of the cane gives way to notes of papaya, cooked banana , enhanced by a saline trace reminiscent of sea spray . The finish , long and vibrant, concludes with a syrupy touch, exotic fruits and a persistent saline nuance .

A bold, brut white that strongly expresses the identity of its cane and its terroir.
