La Perle Rare B69‑566 2020 is a pure agricultural juice white rum , 100% organic , made from B69‑566 blue cane , grown using ECOCERT agriculture at the Habitation du Simon. Distilled on the “La Belle Aline” still after a fermentation of 5 to 7 days , it is bottled raw at 52.9% ABV , unreduced.

Its nose opens with a floral freshness , with notes of citrus and green cane , creating an impression of purity. On the palate, the generous flavor of cane sugar blossoms, enhanced by Cythera plums, tender honey and nuances of white pepper , before ending on a long iodized finish , reminiscent of the sea breeze.
