La Perle Rare B59‑92 2021 is a pure juice white agricultural rum , made from B59‑92 reed cane , grown using ECOCERT organic farming at the Habitation du Simon. Distilled on the “La Belle Aline” still after a slow 5-day fermentation, this single-variety rum is bottled raw at 54.1% ABV , without reduction or filtration.

On the nose , we perceive an elegant freshness: fresh cane , white flowers , striped citrus , evoking the purity of the tropical garden {citeturn0search0turn0search5}. On the palate, the woody and floral intensity unites with notes of cane sugar, spicy, slightly peppery , before a long saline finish , reminiscent of the sea air.
