From the iconic Jamaican estate, the Appleton Estate 30 Years Old 2018 Edition is a single blended produced and approved by Master Blender Joy Spence combining pot still and column , aged for a minimum of 30 years in tropical oak barrels before a limited bottling of 4,000 copies in 2018/2019 at 45% vol.

Its deep color reveals a generous nose of vanilla, toasted oak, tropical fruits and chocolate , enriched by notes of nuts and sweet spices. On the palate, the texture is creamy, marked by caramel, date, mandarin , with a slightly "funky" touch specific to the great Jamaican terroirs. The very long finish highlights tobacco, candied fruits, cocoa and toasted coconut - a subtle balance between power and elegance.
