Distilled in 1953 by Damoiseau, a famous house from Guadeloupe, this old agricultural rum remained hidden for almost 31 years in oak barrels , before being bottled in 1984 at 42% , put in a prestigious carafe and rarely available.

On the nose, it offers a historic whiff , mixing black fruits (blackberry, prune), flambéed banana, orange peel , all wrapped in a delicately smoky woodiness . On the palate, the texture remains silky despite its age, with notes of chocolate, liquorice, dates , before a long, slightly tannic finish, where accents of old oak and candied fruits persist .
