Beneath its dark mahogany sheen, La Favorite's Cuvée Privilège 2015 concentrates three decades of tropical expertise in a secret blend: ⅓ 1977 vintage, ⅔ 1985 vintage , chosen from the oldest barrels in the cellar. It delivers more than 30 years of aging in ex-cognac barrels , before being hand-waxed and labeled in 2015. Produced in a limited edition of 2,500 numbered bottles , it is currently the oldest and rarest of the house cuvées

Each component first rests in ex-Cognac French oak , under the rhythm of the Dormoy steam engine, then unites without filtration for a “brut de reduction” bottling at 40% vol. – the ideal strength to reveal its gourmet layers.

Its deep amber color gives way to a rich nose, mixing dried fruits , candied orange , sweet spices , light coffee and touches of noble wood . On the palate, the attack is suave, perfectly balanced between vanilla , honey , prunes , gingerbread and dark chocolate . The finish, long and refined, ends with notes of liquorice , blond tobacco and a subtle smoky zest, a true tribute to the art of mastered time
