Published in 500 copies , presented in a splendid Paris crystal carafe, this agricultural rum from Guadeloupe reflects the soul of the cane thanks to juices harvested and distilled on the estate itself, according to tradition.

Its mahogany color announces a complex nose , oscillating between candied red fruits , bitter citrus fruits , subtly toasted wood , and a hint of caramel . On the palate, the typical liveliness of the agricultural terroir persists, balanced by round notes of prune , tobacco and sandalwood , before an endless finish of raspberry , cocoa and leather , the signature of multi-generational know-how.
