Neisson 15 ans Batch 2 is an AOC Martinique agricultural rum, distilled in a column from pure cane juice, put into barrels in 2000 and aged for 15 years in a single oak barrel before being bottled at 48% . This confidential single cask is produced in just 750 numbered bottles .

With a deep amber color, it exudes an intense nose: brown sugar, leather, prunes, cinnamon , enriched by subtle touches of wood. The palate offers a beautiful amplitude, combining chocolate, dried fruits, candied citrus fruits , underlined by a delicate woody frame. The finish is warm and persistent, on toasted wood, clove and a sweet hint of vegetal bitterness.

A balanced and deep taste, where each second in the barrel reveals a trait of character.
