Description
Made from a single cask , the Neisson Vintage 2004 was distilled in May 2003 , put into casks on April 8, 2004 , then aged for 7 years in ex-bourbon oak in a tropical climate before being bottled on October 10, 2011 at 42.7%.
This is a very limited and numbered edition . It is presented in Neisson's iconic " Zépol Karé " bottle, with a label indicating its unique cask nature and individual bottle number.
This single cask reveals all the finesse of Martinique AOC agricultural rum : light golden color, nose expressing fresh cane , lime and delicate wood. On the palate, the attack is soft with notes of citrus, spices, cocoa and a long and aromatic finish, typical of vintages from a single cask.
