Description
Crafted in Carbet at the turn of the 2000s , this "Extra Vieux" edition of Neisson – now discontinued – embodies the house's transition to high-end agricultural products. Distilled in a Savalle column from pure cane juice, the rum underwent tropical maturation for six years before being very slowly reduced to 45% to preserve the aromatic structure.
Rarely offered today, this vintage only reappears sporadically on auction platforms, where it attracts collectors in search of old Martinique signatures.
Owning this bottle means keeping a witness to a pivotal decade of agricultural rum.
