Born in the heart of the trade wind season (February–April 2020), the Cuvée des Alizés from Domaine Depaz captures the very essence of volcanic Martinique.

Made from a blend of three varieties of cane (B59.92, B69, R579), it is distilled in pure juice on the slopes of Mount Pelée. The magic happens during a slow and fractional reduction of at least 4 months , preserving all the aromatic finesse.

On the nose, it's a country stroll: linden blossom, geranium, and lemongrass dominate, evolving into lemony facets and nuances of yellow fruits. On the palate, the attack is sweet and delicious: anise, cinnamon, and punchy lemon zest intertwine, leading to an elegant, peppery finish.

This floral-lemony-spicy harmony makes it a must-have in Ti'Punch or enjoyed neat.
