La Flibuste 1992 profoundly illustrates La Favorite 's heritage. Distilled from pure sugarcane juice, in the purest Martinique tradition, this vintage has aged for approximately 25 years in oak barrels that previously contained cognac.

It is bottled at 40%, hand-waxed and numbered, faithful to the distillery's artisanal standards.

This long tropical rest has enriched its aromatic palette. The nose reveals a mixture of prune, vanilla, caramel and precious wood . On the palate, the sweetness of dark chocolate intertwines with notes of liquorice, dried fruits and a slight hint of candied orange .

The lingering finish evokes blond tobacco, bitter cocoa and a subtle touch of rancio , typical of well-made old rums.
