Montebello L'Équilibre is a remarkable expression of the expertise of the Montebello Distillery (Carrère) in Guadeloupe, entirely dedicated to the search for perfect balance in an aged agricultural rum. Its name, "L'Équilibre," sums up the ambition of this exceptional vintage.

Created from the 2002 vintage , put into barrels on February 7, 2002 , this carafe from Montebello is a pure agricultural rum from the Carrère distillery (Guadeloupe), aged 15 years in 350 L ex-Cognac barrels , then bottled at 47.2% cask strength on June 19, 2018 in an elegant carafe accompanied by two glasses. Very limited edition of 623 numbered bottles.

Its old gold color reveals a gourmet nose of candied fruits, vanilla and tobacco , enriched with notes of citrus, dark chocolate, salted butter caramel and mocha according to several retailers . On the palate, the attack is rich and velvety , dominated by ripe citrus fruits, chocolate and blond tobacco , with a long, spicy, woody and harmonious finish.
