This variation pays homage to the lightness and grace of the hummingbird, a messenger of joy in the Caribbean.

Its dark color announces a balanced nose: dried apricot, dark chocolate, citrus fruits and a subtle woody touch. On the palate, the roundness of the chocolate intertwines nicely with notes of fresh citrus , candied apricot and dried fruits , underlined by a beautiful depth.
